We are conveniently located just off interstate 5 at Via de la Valle near the Del Mar racetrack and fairgrounds.
All parking is free. The parking deck ceiling is unfortunately very low at a height of 6 feet and 6 inches. If you drive a taller than standard SUV or tall vehicle, you may wish to park on the street and simply walk up an incline into the Del Mar Corporate Center building at the parking garage entrance. Street parking is free and not time limited.
Parking spaces in the cement parking garage are free but the majority of them are reserved. Reserved parking spaces are indicated by a number and/or a reserved sign. There are a few hourly visitor parking spaces at the very entrance of the garage available to patients and are clearly marked “visitor”. There is additional free nonreserved parking at the very top of the parking deck provided the parking space is not marked reserved with a number or sign.
At the very top of the parking garage you will find an exceptional view of the city of Solana Beach. If you park at the top, take an elevator or staircase down one level to the ground floor. Suite 110Y is marked by a Y on the entrance door inside the building. The second entrance, or exit, to suite 110Y, is a sliding glass door that opens onto a courtyard. If you are early, feel free to wait in the courtyard where you will find a table and chairs. The restroom is very close to Suite 110Y and requires a key to enter. Suite 110 Y is handicap accessible.
